There are always places where you can make a custom T-shirt, or if you want to go all out buy/rent a t-shirt press.

If Flip shirt gets manufactured i would definitely buy it and so would my friends :P.

Try cafepress, they do custom shirts and that's not entirely true Hanes offers some custom deals.

Shouldn't a person's entry consist of the design for the back as well?
