Doing so many situps wont really do anything more then doing 3 sets of 12 reps of a core workout.

Also don't rush doing press ups. 10 slow good press ups are better than 50 shit fast ones.

Thats completely true chest to ground push ups are probably the most effective pushups so if you can do 20 of them without stopping i give you some props

At school I have to do(for PE + sports) everyday
500 pushups 200 situps Run 2 miles 50 reps of 210(this is hardest) and then separate workouts with 75 single hand weights, idk what they're called but: 25 elbows to shoulder(straight up) 25 vertical elbows to shoulders 25 elbows to opposite shoulder 25 up above heads to shoulders and 25 shoulders to elbows(behind back) [triceps] It's hard, but effective in what I have to do, although my coach says I have to have 5 miles/day by the end of this year, which is going to be "fun" |

No LOL thats crazy. How old are you cause if your under 16 you shouldn't be pushing yourself that hard. Working out that much under 16 could stunt your growth. Cause trust me i talked to my doctor about that stuff and he told me you can get really hurt. Like it's not bad for you just don't push yourself over the limit
