Well, that's my point, anything that makes them feel embarrassed and stupid for getting that rank.

Well as i said in my other post it is a good idea. But, like someone has said people will just -rep people they don't like to get them banned. So i think it should be a necessity to tell why they were -/+ repped. Other then that fault this would be superb :D.

I think when you reach -20 rep you get a temp ban, then if u go lower than 50 its a perm ban.

no i dont think banned, as Siyico said, people will get -repped to just get them banned, thats what the report section is for..
