i run a good 7-12 miles a day in cross country, dont do much upper body work thou :/

Wow thats crazy i don't think my legs could do that if i tried. Good luck i hope you get somewhere with that.

What's a workout?

A workout is like a training type thing. It helps you to get stronger, gain endurance, and stronger legs. A workout is basically just to literally work your body out.

Yea soccer is a good way to workout cause i play it to and i've lots a couple pounds... Sooo either workout or play a sport

Conditioning is an amazing way to train stamina also circuit training and plyometrics (Short Bursts Of Extreme Workouts) IE Star/Squat Jumps for 1 minute or 2.

I ride twenty miles per day on my Razor scooter. Works your legs like you wouldn't believe.

i only workout when i feel im unfit.
Id prolly do, star jumps for about 10 minutes then have a 5 min break with water then do jogging for 20 mins drink of water and 5 more mins break then 20 more mins of jogging. I got pretty muscly arms because when im at comp just training at daggs or whatever i'd lift some sort of thing ;D So yeah. |
sex and weightlifting are my favorite
