Unleveling Theory?
 

The new Level 3 Lumby ring from completing all the diary tasks gives you 30 free low alchs a day. It removes ~21 xp per free alch. I'm wondering if unleveling is possible. Level 0 plox?

~ -630 a day? That would take forever to prove don't ya think?

obviously they have planned this, i doubt they will let u go under the set experience which is 1.

What if you were level 20 I mean. Unlevel to 19? Jagex probably won't let you go under your current level, but it's worth a shot. XD

well if u had just barely lvled your mage, u can try to unlevel it, so simple :p

But it seems pretty simple, do the achievement diary with mage level as low as possible and then use the ring for a few days in a row... Takes time tough :P

Stupid how they have a - exp thing in the first place..

Does it remove the exp? Or cancel out the 21 xp a normal low alch wold give?

No I'm pretty sure it takes xp away.


I don't think you'll 'unlevel' though, you'll probably just see the amount needed to get to the next level go up, so if you got to the XP equivalent of level 1, you'd still be level 20 (or whatever level you started at), you'd just need a shitload more XP than normal to get to 21.

i want my lvl 138 to level down to a lvl 2

Hmm...if you really can unlevel and you use this for some time you can get lower than lvl 1 magic. I wonder what could that cause?

i think jagex covered this up, but might be interesting to try this out
