Maybe with those super magic potions + mages book & masters wand, below 39 combat is possible?

Auto casting isn't really a big deal as it won't affect ur xp just makes it easier. And after the autocast update, "autocast" is now the left click option so you have to right click each cast! 33% more clicks! :(
