The bodybuilders food list
Heres a list my nutritionist gave me when i had my motorcycle accident. ive been working out for about 2 and a half years and have had a couple of nutritionists/personal trainers. if anyone needs and dieting advice pm me.

good list buddy, lots of healthy food for bodybuilding.
i would suggest adding lentils to the list under protein, for those people that dont eat meat. ;) |

steriods dont do much if your not on a religious diet. when it comes to bodybuilding dieting is what gets you 80% of the way working out about 15-20% and the steriods/supplements only get you about 2-5% depending on the cycle your on.
