step 4..break down the budd
step 5..cut the dutch
step 6..put the budd in the dutch
step 7..roll it nice and tight taking your time to not fuck up the blunt.

Roll into a cone shape
Pull one side of the rizla down and the other up tucking it under
Roll taking care not to fuck up the joint or ripping the rizla
Pack down the top with a blunt object
Twist the top
Bite it off
Light it up
Smoke ;D
