I have decided to host a Runescape event! The duel tourney.

For those who don't know, it is a minigame where you start by paying money to go into a duel tournement, and just duel people until you win :p

If you lose you are out

All the money from the tourney (could be 5Mil +)(I think :p)

Can't happen tourneys in certain worlds which are always crowded
