Have someone to lend u an item for "until logout". Like godsword or phat. Then wield the item you got and go on house options. Tell him to claim back his item. He will get his item back and you'll still have it wielded :). Lol Completely useless >.< If he logs u still keep the item...

Do u will save that item stats(like godsword) when he get that item back but u will still wield it?

Is usefull if it can still be used in the normal way.
Say you have a gs, lend it to a friend whos short on cash, you reclaim back and you both go boss hunting.

It can not be used in the normal way, therefore it is useless.
