Hmm, either jagex have superhuman minds, or you never dicovered this. I go for the second option seen as thou jagex suck at all aspects of human life. Does it involve summoning familiars by any chance.

it just doesnt work anymore, i found it while testing the familiar in fishing colony west of the bank,when i used the scroll with a ash it hitted my friend, we tryd at other places and it worked, but then it just stopped working and not hitting players anymore

I'd say you're a bit hypocritical.

One, the statement, "If i read it correct" is not only missing a capital I, but correct needs to be changed from an adjective to an adverb for proper grammar and sentence fluency. In addition, "Proper Grammar" doesn't need to be capitlized due to the fact that it is not a proper noun.
