Will Ezud be sued? If so can they sue the users too?

Ezud is NOT responsible for what is put on the forums, as they only host the website.
All law-breaking posts shall be dealt with "as soon as possible".

They can't sue the users without their IP address. Which Ezud can only give out with a subpoena.

Tainted-Ones was taken down with the same ToS.

Tainted-Ones was a lot bigger. Besides this site has offshore hosting.

The fact that this is hosted off shore will help it stay up.
They will try to crack down seeing on how we're of decent size, they'll mostly be going towards the phishing sites though.

I wouldn't worry about this site getting too much trouble.
