I found it awhile ago a program known as Adium. It supports almost all messenger types including Aim, MSN, Yahoo, Skype, Xfire, Mobile Me, Facebook, Bonjour, Google - Talk, Zephyr, Yahoo Japan, Jabber, Lotus Sametime, LiveJournal, ICQ, SIP/Simple, QQ, Gadu - Gadu, and MyspaceIM.
