What is this timer?

It's the timer you get after fighting somone its nothing majour but im not sure what else you could do with it.

another way: try to chop down a tree in danger zone then run in safe

people need to learn how to use paint couldnt u just edit that stuff that u filled in red out?

easy, did this a ton in pvp worlds and I would spec people in bank. there are many variations (you probably did the tree cut)

so it has some significance?

i don't know how to do this but i don't see the use of this.
