I don't think so, im pretty sure the runes are area based and if their in your inventory when you tele they will disappear. Unless theres something to delay them from disappearing like an interface right after the tele.

Idiot. They AREN'T area based. Have you paid any attention the past 3-4 months as plenty of bug abusers smuggled runes out and discovered that Jagex had not area based them. Also, they aren't area based now because, if you put them in the item price checker, they appear to have the same market value as the runes in the Grand Exchange.

Find one and try, then come and post.
