Why have a bug abuse site?

Why have a bug abuse site if there are no bug abusers left on it? Surely this is detrimental to the fact of having a site so the entire idea kind of fails.

Ezud is trying to move away from Bug Abuse. This has been stated many times, if you read updates etc, then you might of noticed that.
