Yup guys i am now a Commis Chef irl so heres a few of my recipe's, you can post requests here also:

=================Recipe's==========

Braised Rice:

Ingredients:

Basmati Rice
Onion
Bay Leaves
Cinnamon Stick
Cardamon pods
Any veg i.e mushroomsn peppers etc
Tumeric

Method:

1. Fry veg in butter
2. Add Rice, Tumeric + other ingredients
3. Double the amount of rice with stock and cover, braise in the oven for 15-25mins
