On the right side will be all the programs that run on startup, some Trojans and virus' still use this method to start them on startup so if you see anything suspicous google it then delete it if it is rubbish.
This is only one of about 5-7 Startups(depending on your operating system)
Virii can go even further by starting with the Startup folder, win.ini, boot.ini and system.ini
