F2P:
-Food: Swordfish and Anchovy pizza's. (When low hp, eat 1 slice of pizza then click on sword and you'll 'double' eat healing 23.
-HP: Try risking more often, like when your HP is low and your enemies is also, click a piece of food as ur character is hitting the opponent cause you do eat and hit him at same time. Works for me on my Tank ;D
