Good point for those who dont eat meat ill research vegan bodybuilding diets. from what im looking at tho they eat about 2 1/2 blocks of tofu. The lentils dont look like a sufficient source of protein tho because from what im seeing looking at a couple vegan bodybuilding diets they drink a protien shake/meal replacer with lentils soup.
