Actually, no, if it says that it's a safe area once you're
in BH, then you will not lose items. People trying to do PC safety then go into BH will fail because Jagex has implemented a new system to "refresh" and remove/add a safety. With a LIFT, I'm already in BH with the LIFT when I login.
And yes, I do keep items
. Also I'm 99% sure there is some kind of glitch with your skull when you do this. It's like always bronze(haven't tested much because I don't have that much money) which leads me to believe that your BH skulls are calculated on how much you are risking.
