The second - The glitch was performed by having three people use the chest at once, therefore it was filled and EVERYONE was returned their money, no logging out necessary, which made for easy money, and there ARE phats, crackers, and other strange items out in the runescape world right now that are currently under the radar, my friend joshua for instance has two crackers, how did he get them? he bought them from a underground site for 1000$ a peice, before the trading update, and when he got them, he tried to crack one, didnt work, this proves that its from rsc, when jagex made it so you couldnt crack them AKA: It was a duped cracker
