I remember seeing this episode of Mythbusters. They figure out basically everything seen on this thread. The shadows of the footprint were proven to be real, along with the waving flag and the foot-print on the moon. I recommend that you watch the full episode if you have some spare time.
The only thing I didn't understand about the mission, was when there was no blast crater beneath the Lunar Lander, and that there were no stars in the footage shot on the moon.
