Bad Youtube Vid Quality

i use camtasia to edit and publish
when i publish it,it looks crystal clear. but when i upload to youtube if messes up and sometimes so bad than you can hardly see so i gotta upload multiple times til it works!

help please?

Youtube fucks up quality... put in your vid description 'Watch in high quality' or something =p

yeah youthbx tries tomoake ur vid smaller therefore reducing quality
