Basically I think Envy saw them as Siyicos mods and not his. So he demoted them and the same for me.

It's exactly that. Envy brought back the old staff, the staff that made this site legendary(until we went power crazy and had some fun). This site might just be brought back alive considering this staff is now back to the Amazing level.
