Incase you didn't know trainers are modified flash games that give you the ability to cheat or give you advantages in a game. All you do is download the trainer to the game you want, launch it and activate the cheat codes which are in the game themself.

This is what most trainers look like. Simply click the buttons to activate the cheat codes and enjoy your game.
