Default Magic Penalty on BH Worlds

This isn't so much a big glitch as it could have the potential for a big glitch. Remember the glitch in PVP where you could attack someone from inside the portal at mage bank as long as they had a penalty? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=be5okqeMlHo) Well I speculate that there may be potential for a mimic of said glitch.

[hide=50] Basically, you can get a timer (10 second countdown if exiting wild while being attacked) if you house options glitch into the area near the cockroach drones south of Edgeville. How, you ask? Kick a cockroach drone and then run south so that it teleports you a bit north. The glitch hasn't foregone any extensive tests to check effectiveness, as I am leaving it up to you guys.

My thoughts? I am pretty sure that Jagex coded it so that any attack from a wild to non wild zone resulted in a timer, rather than player attacks. Have fun with this guys, maybe you'll find something useful! I was thinking maybe getting someone to do it so they get timer then getting timer yourself and attacking. Maybe someone can try it for me? (If this isn't plausible, bring it to my attention quietly; as I said, I have not tested this!)[/hide]

P.S: If the hide hack doesn't reflect the usefulness of this glitch, just change it. No need to get hostile. ;)
