Shemales?

In RS1 it was easy to do a shemale account (female with a beard) by editing just a packet with WPE Pro when selecting the account look.
Is it possible at RS2? Has anybody even tried? Yea the packets are encrypted but still... It could be cool.

Every time i try to send a packet i get connection lost in RS2 >_<
Im gonna try some day.
