Poison-ivy and Turkojan are impossible to remove without having to reformat your computer.

Rofl that's not true at all.

All you have to delete is the server executable that is placed somewhere in the windows directory.

avast and superantispyware always do the trick for me.

Get AVG I had a trojan from aim, it cleaned them easily, fuck norton it doesn't do shit.

That doesn't work ;-)
Infect yourself with one of them and try delete it. It says it is in use and cannot delete and if you manage to delete it, it just recreates itself. because it is melted into your system.

In that case, you should look for a spyware program that specifically claims to be able to remove it. I think spyhunter is able to remove it. If not you'll have to do it manually, and in this particular case, it's not going to be pretty
