the npcs just have a high effectiveness with the weapons

lol "his version" i'm sure the way your doing it has been used by tons of other people, anger shit is useless anyways. if there was uses why havn't we seen ANYONE hit constant 150's or something outside of that area with smuggled anger shit. because they can't.
