Also to prevent any more flaming in the "Report a Member" forum, I will be changing the permissions of the forum so people won't be able to reply to other's threads. It's becoming a problem where people flame each other and spam in these threads. Allowing only mods+ and the original creator to post will make things a lot easier and make it a lot clearer as to what the problem is and how to solve it.

Why not put a limit on how much rep can be given/recieved a day for each person? Or is there one already? If so then I guess thats a bad suggestion.
