At school I have to do(for PE + sports) everyday
500 pushups
200 situps
Run 2 miles
50 reps of 210(this is hardest)
and then separate workouts with 75 single hand weights, idk what they're called but:
25 elbows to shoulder(straight up)
25 vertical elbows to shoulders
25 elbows to opposite shoulder
25 up above heads to shoulders
and 25 shoulders to elbows(behind back) [triceps]
It's hard, but effective in what I have to do, although my coach says I have to have 5 miles/day by the end of this year, which is going to be "fun"
