i lose most of my fat by football practice first 3 days was 3 hours a day and now its only 2 hours a day but we get over loaded with stuff... even skinny people are barely holding up but yea Very nice guide lol might take some of the advice weight lifting this year at skool anyways soo ill get alot of exercise.
This is a really random topic.. I suppose this all will remind us to play in moderation and to keep fit and worry about health always. Some good points brought up too.
