Just know some of it is real, but some isn't.

Odd Lol5916, google around a bit and you can find a second video on them, they were later caught in the Ukraine and sentenced to jail for life blahblahblah and yea. Also the guy was passed out and the moaning and arm movements were most likely instantaneous body reactions to what was going on, as torture is torture it can't be "real or not real" although the mans status could be.
