I've made it somewhat public.

You must have 100+ post count in order to view and post in the new section.

If you are a Supporter+ you are exempt from this post limit, meaning you can have 1 post and be able to view and post in the black market.

A lot of forums have been merged together and taken off simply because of the way they looked on Ezud, they looked cluttered so we just merged them together and plan on keeping them like that.
