well, i have a computer vista(ugh

) and it wont let me download anything(freaking parental controls....) but things off like uppit(not sure if anything else works), could somebody that already have winrar upload it to uppit and give me the DL links please? i wanna make a mopar server for S's and G's but i need winrar to get many of the files... ill +rep whoever does it TY

UPDATE: I HAVE NOTICED THAT IT STILL DOESN'T LET ME DOWNLOAD ANYTHING THATS FROM A COMPANY! SO WHOEVER TRIES THIS HAS TO CHANGE SOMETHING AND MAKE IT SAY IT HAS NO COMPANY OR ANYTHING(GO TO WINRAR SITE AND TRY TO dl IT, ULL SEE WHO ITS FROM AND SAY SOEMHTING LIKE WRAR380, YOU NEED TO MAKE IT SO IT DONT HAVE THAT)

Haha, lol i know how but my Mom is extremely smart and checks them all the time :/ id get in a lot of trouble lols

Er, without disabling anything you can install like XP or Linux on a partion.
Just boot it up on your partion and everything stays normal on the other one when she goes to check Parental Controls.

Or.. you can just access her account instead of trying to get around stuff?

Yea this would be easy.

What you can do is make a copy of cmd.exe and name it sethc.exe(overwrite the old file).

Now at the login menu press shift 5 times and you will get a cmd prompt.
