Stupid gay internet is supposed to be dling at 8mb/s, but it's dling at around 32 - 38kb/s ... been doing this for about a month and the homo internet people don't know what's wrong. Anyone got any ideas?

Either your comp is trojanned, or they're Indians jipping you.

Call them up and act like you know more about it then they do(you probably do), then threaten to cancel your service, and report them to the better buisness bureau, they will definitely want to fix your service.

Computer scanned and everything. It's all clean. I do, ffs the first like 3 people I rung up they didn't know what adsl was, I was like wtfomg. They also treat me like a dumbass, "Go to network connections, press start etc etc double click this."

I know you said you scanned your computer and nothing came up but I can tell you the same thing happened to me. I would restore the harddrive if your that desperate to gave it fixed.
