Lol as SOME of you might know i have very very serious uncontrollable rage problems. I had to be taken to A & E [Accident and Emergency] earlier today because i lashed out while having an argument with my girlfriend. Basically punched a wall like 6 times repeatedly.

The doctors told me that the swelling around one of my knuckles is VERY bad and that i am lucky i did not break/fracture/ Push my knuckle out of place. I will try my hardest to come on ezud and keep up to date. If i dont feel like making the attempt to type then i possibly wont come online. [i will still come on to sort out the iTeam's etc]


So if i dont come on for a couple of days you know why ;p.

True dat. But yea, I punch walls too. But, i've never come close to breaking any knuckles. I had massive anger problems a couple years ago. I got to the point where if you talked to me I cursed you out. But, I got passed it. If they say something I laugh. I could now care less what people say and or do. Siyico, to blow off some steam. Take a walk alone. Put on some music. And ignore everyone and everything around you.

Haha ive got to go to the doctors soon about it, then hopefully he will refer me to a shrink. Having anger problems realllly sucks.

Ive also done around 3 years of anger management. Does nothing :P
