Well, if you want faster internet. I'd go with a Windoes 98 Server.
They're stable if you're trying to run for speed.

i share your interest, i deeply share it. I wish everything wa hosted by windows. I pray to god they become windows hosted.

was it made by windows? Do they host that colour for the world?
