He's talking about a filter that's on the network preventing Myspace and shit like that.

All proxies are blocked at my school. :S

A portable browser is the only thing that works for me.

Portable browser FTW.

My school filters all searches with the word PROXY so its impossible to use a proxy ;]

there are a couple of ways of getting around proxies.
1. Just use a public proxy server. ie. enroll.technical-college.com user is DETSUCKS and password is balls
2. then you can always change the socks settings on the computers. ie tools network socks and put in a socks proxy. ie. 194.36.10.154:3128
3. this however is often blocked so you can use a socks proxy client like elite proxy switch to change it.
4. Portable web browsers work ok, but often the school has things in place to stop people from doing it
5. keylog the computer and steal the teachers passwords, thats what we always used to do and then unblock all the websites.
6. Download a program like TOR and run it at school
7. just give up on life and actually do your work at school (might be an idea)
