Default 'Underground' Music

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/blogparty...mmercial.shtml

I've listened to dubstep change since I was 14 (When everyone thought I weird for listening to it) and the music is no longer underground, there is varients of it which are now mainstream. Now the likes of Magnetic Man, Katy B are in the charts. I would add Chase and Status but, they produce many genres of music (Drum and bass, breakbeat, grime, Hip hop, dubstep, liquid funk). Even La Roux has been involved, not on purpose though xD

So I wondered, Has the EVERYONE heard it? I know the Ezud is a 'varied' community xD

Plus what are your views on underground music? Should it stay that way? Personally I think it doesn't matter but, people should take time to actually understand the principles of the music genre and what its about, not just follow the crowd like sheep (baaa).

Another link because I can...

PS At least people like Mala, Digital Mistiks, Benga and Joker exist.

Dubstep isn't underground, it's gay, and 90% of the people that listen to it should hang themselves.

Have you been to a dubstep club?

Otherwise your comment is 90% pointless.

dubstep isnt really mainstream yet. it will probably be bigger in about a year ive been saying it for a couple months now but dubstep is going to make it as big as electro/house if not bigger in about a year or 2.

If I don't like dubstep then why would I go to a club revolving around dubstep?

I'm 19 good fight. I'm not trying to be 'kool' it gets you no where in life. If I was 'kool' I wouldn't be typing shit in forums asking for genuine feedback you nounce. Suck my dick pussy and come to london virgin :) Lets see how much you know about dubstep, whos your favorite artist? Or you can pointlessly flame back. Plus why is it called dubstep and where did it originate? While your there which dubstep clubs and where have you been too? I bet you can't give good answers :) I have older brothers which have been playing it around my home since I was young... Have you even seen digital mistiks live?

Well, they have a system designed to play dubstep which, requires a lot of bass. Its an experience nonetheless. Its just different to listening to it over home audio systems or headphones.

You utter dick, dubstep isn't created by a computer, its created with vinyls being mixed looped etc on decks lmao ( I don't know the technical details, but its not made on a PC live) Can you imagine someone trying to make a beat live? Have you seen how beats are made? Youtube it. It takes at least 15 minutes minimum not average. So to do that live and keep constantly feeding beats at the audience would be impossible. Yes some will be recorded onto vinyl but after that they will clash different beats etc against each other to make a tune. Yes some people do create it with a computer, but thats not how its done live lol.

Plus how is the bleach on your teeth effecting your health? It can't be good for you :)

Realisticly then, are either of us going to travel to meet each other? Lmao. So why get mad? I tell you why its because you get bullied and then when your behind a computer screen, you think you can be an utter cunt, well I'm enjoying this so go chill :)

I listen to underground rap because I can't really stand most of the shit that is on the radio. I have been listening to it for 2 years now.
It's all about those mixtapes. :)
