any more advice on caves would be greatly appreciated :)

Interesting...

I even made an account yesterday that I was gunna perhaps attempt it...
I know Sayank got fire cape with 1 prayer doing this and got 43 combat during it... and now he's banned?

5 hours with fire wave sounds like shit.
Expensive + extremely annoying... I think I'm just going to give up and not attempt until perhaps theres an invincibility where you can use all attack styles...
