Leaching= Asking for bugs and not finding any for yourself

Leaking= Telling bugs to noobs who spread them all over the place until they get fixed.

Fuzzman - nice story, however I greatly doubt that it's true. Also about your question on leeching/leaking... leaking is releasing a glitch or something to the public, while leeching is just simply stealing information from one place and distributing it without permission from that place.
