Default Great Suggestion - To mods, smods, etc.
First of all, Moderators should only get Silencing and locking thread powers.
Second of all, only Super Moderators should be able to ban. Since most of the Moderators abuse there powers. Also Admins can ban too. (Duh.) Best suggestion yet? Give me feedback.

They can moderate without banning.
Silencing sounds like a great idea to me.
Since most moderators ban for no reason just because they get annoyed.
