Nah the first time I saw it was in Real RS, this was way before private servers had the capabilities to even equip all items let alone create custom ones.

Dude fake it's just a priviate server... And he took the pic and put it in his pic... Totally fake no items in real rs are null... (unless you packet edit DON'T DO IT) Null = Item that is unrecognized...

It is in the game. I remember you could search for it in quick chat, don't know if it still works.

No the 9mm Revolver is a actual item on RS I believe so. When quick chat first came out you could say "I got an item - 9mm revolver" and you could say alot of other stuff too like " I got an item - pretty girl" lol. But jagex updated the quick chat about 3 days later
