max with rune arrows 99 ranged and mage short is 24, as you can see im hitting 29, not my max with this though its just showing i can exceed the max hit.

Nice. Someone indeed linked a .gif in the shoutbox of this being done with steel arrows. I'm guessing this can't be done outside of the dueling arena but I could be wrong.

3 days ago i saw this video of some 99 range pure hitting a 29 with a i think oak bow and steel arrows...
