Default Can you get in trouble?

For creating Runescape Phishing sites and using it to steal members' info?
It's been a while since I have been in this underground scene and I need to know this.

So, thoughts?

Legal trouble I mean.

Yes of course it is, its fraud. Jagex could sue you for using their company name etc. The person you scam could get you arrested. Its no way legal ah ha

What happens if I create my own type of website that will steal log-ins?
I can have that happen, I am kind of experienced with websites.

im pretty sure regardless of whether or not you associate yourself with jagex; you will get in trouble for phishing if caught. Just make sure if you do phish to cover up your tracks well.
