i like how it is right now tbh, i dont want to change it, i honestly think its ok how it is now , why change it? and if u stop reg mods thatl stink, cuz ive been working my way up to try to get promoted :)

Promote the active mods to s-mod, get rid of the inactive mods.

I want things to stay how they are... S mods have have more respect by users because you work for the rank.

I've been thinking the exact same thing. I support this.

A note to everyone: all staff members lurk. Honestly I am a tab away from Ezud 9+ hours every day. Other mods that you might think are inactive do lurk.

I support it.
It would make more since like you said, instead of having several people limited to their section and not being able to control/stop spamming and stuff in the other sections.

As i have said in the beginning that SOME people don't understand is that we keep mods the same color just give them more power. Fe. Lets take Eskimo. We keep him red. Just give him the powers of an s mod. Then fe. We keep Siyico the same color and KEEP the smod position.

(But, reg section mods shouldn't have as much power as smods.)

Why does it matter what colors who is? Just leave it alone collin, you are defeating the WHOLE purpose.

Isn't that what Siyico said. If your an smod you have more respect. So i don't think everyone should be promoted it would be wrong and unfair to them for their trust and hard work.

It makes sense to me, super moderators can control everything and there is not that much to control. I support this idea.
