Jagex can't do even small update without tons of bugs ...
This is pretty much like old "Auto retailate on + Put prayer on when monster is going to hit u and off when it hitted" ..

I Know an infinite prayer bug that works differently, but again this is good for new bug abusers. I would use this in a place where auto retaliate is always in use like bandits. Use an autoclicker and it would work fairly well without the use of prayer potions.
