Wouldn't it work, if you know how BH trading works.
Just have a ring of life with you and get tele'd out?

hm.. im really not sure if it would work, only because i have a feeling it will know enough not to tele u out, and unless your in non members low lvl its totally pointless, because if you go to members and have 22hp left get hit 21 with mage bow, then the guy will just spec and ur dead before ring works,.

once you kill your target with the money u pick up then the ring teles u out incase of emergency
